At the beginning of each shift, we will discuss your priorities and needs for that shift. My goal as a Postpartum Doula is NOT to take over complete care of the newborn but instead support parents in their new role, eventually working myself out of job. Wombmate typically works with new families during The Fourth Trimester, or the first 12 weeks, unless there are severe breastfeeding issues, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, multiples, or a baby with special needs.
Please inquire about rates.
Days: 4 hour minimum shifts
Nights: 8-12 hour shifts
*Wombmate also provides night nanny services, meaning care for baby is solely being provided by myself.
